• Eligibility: United States citizens and legal residents and individuals with qualified immigration status that meet the Gross Monthly Income limit requirements. Individuals over the age of 60 and disabled may have a higher income and still qualify. For October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024, the gross monthly income limits are: Household Size Gross Income 1 $2,430 2 $3,288 3 $4,144 4 $5,000 5 $5,858 6 $6,714 7 $7,570 Documents Required: -Identification (Driver’s License, State ID card, passport). -Proof of address (a rental agreement, current bill with your address listed) -Social Security Numbers, Alien Registration Card, or visa. -Recent bank statements for all the people in household -Earned income of everyone in the household for the past 30 days (recent pay stubs, a work statement from an employer). -Unearned income (Unemployment benefits, SSI, Social Security, Veteran’s benefits, child support, worker’s compensation, school grants or loans, rental income, etc.). Noncitizens applying for immigration status based on domestic violence, crime prosecution or trafficking may not need this proof of address or Social Security Number.
